Desert Gold is your everyday outlaw — bold enough to stand out, balanced enough to use on just about anything. Crafted in small batches under the Wild West Chilli Co name in the South West of WA, this blend is all about flavour-driven heat.

We grow our Habaneros in rich, healthy soil and harvest them at full colour for maximum flavour. Once dried and milled, they’re blended with Plain Red Chilli, Cajun Spice and Cayenne powders to create a warm, rounded heat with a steady kick.
