At Wild West Chilli Co, it starts in the dirt. We don’t buy bulk imported pods. We don’t outsource our fire. We grow it.

Right here in the South West of Western Australia.

Building Strong Soil

Super hot chillies demand strong foundations.

We focus on:

  • Living soil

  • Organic matter

  • Balanced nutrients

  • Deep root systems

Healthy soil produces stronger plants. Stronger plants produce hotter pods.......Simple.

Small Batch Growing

We grow in:

  • Raised timber beds

  • Large soil pots

  • Controlled irrigation systems

Every plant is monitored. Every harvest is handled by hand.

No shortcuts.

Why Local Matters

Growing locally means:

  • Full control of quality

  • Peak ripeness harvest

  • Maximum flavour retention

By the time our chillies are dried and ground, they haven’t travelled across continents.

They go from plant to powder on our patch.

Slow Drying for Maximum Heat

Once harvested:

  • Pods are dried slowly

  • Ground fresh

  • Sealed immediately

This locks in flavour and keeps the fire clean and sharp

From Our Soil to Your Plate

Every pouch carries:

  • Real WA-grown heat

  • Small batch quality

  • No fillers

  • No nonsense

That’s how you grow proper fire.
